As a small, family-run business, we do our best to dispatch orders within 24 hours whenever possible. Because our fudge is handmade in small batches, please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be sent from the date of purchase.

3. How to Return an Item

3.1 To start a return, email us at hello@libbysfudge.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and if possible photos to help us review the issue quickly.

3.2 If we agree a return is appropriate, please post the item(s) to:

3.3 We recommend using a tracked postal service such as Royal Mail Signed For. Return postage is your responsibility unless we supplied a faulty or incorrect item.


4. Refund Information

4.1 If your return meets all requirements, we’ll issue a refund for the product(s) received back.
4.2 Delivery fees paid on your original order are not refundable.
4.3 Return postage costs are only refunded if the product arrived damaged, faulty, or was sent in error.
4.4 Refunds are issued using the same payment method used at checkout.
4.5 We aim to complete refunds within 10 working days after receiving your returned item.


5. Returns That Don’t Meet Our Policy

5.1 If a return does not comply with this policy:

(a) We will be unable to provide a refund or exchange.
(b) The goods may be held until re-delivery costs are paid by you.
(c) If re-delivery fees are not settled within 14 days, the item may be disposed of without further notice or liability.
