Discover the Handmade Cornish Tradition Behind Libby’s Fudge in Historic Charlestown
At Libby’s Fudge in The Old Workshops, Charlestown, we proudly craft over 30 varieties of rich, indulgent fudge and traditional sweet treats. Every batch is handmade in open copper pans, following time-honoured methods that give our fudge its authentic flavour and unmistakable texture. We are passionate about using local ingredients, with Trewithen Farm Dairy providing the fresh cream that goes into our famous Cornish clotted cream fudge.
